Beautiful Watch! Congrats Kohl----Are you going to wear on the same hand as your LOVE?
I find that my Rolex rubs against it too much--I can't seem to concentrate when they are together. And then I never take LOVE off and it is on my left arm. Now I never wear my
ROLEX anymore. Problems..................

Beautiful watch! I love your dad's dedication to Rolex, too. Always happy to see a fellow YM owner...you made a lovely choice. I find that I use the bezel, too, so it really is a functioning tool.

Thanks everyone!! I am really lucky to have such a great dad and am so happy I had this silly big grin plastered on my face all day. The watch is so incredibly comfortable!!

bri 333 - Aww you are welcome. I know a lot of people hate on the gold dial, but I myself just love it :love: Get what you love and don't worry about what others think :cool:

kimber418 - I wear my Love on my right wrist and my watch on my left. I put my watch on my right wrist to take a pic of the two together, but I am afraid to wear the two together. I am too paranoid about the rubbing, possible denting, and scratching!

ETenebris - What size and color Yachtmaster do you have? I love the style - it is sporty without looking too busy or masculine. In my opinion, it is one of the best looking sport model Rolexs. Do you happen to have pics of yours?? ;)

hehe I think our dads would get along reallly well talking about what to buy and what not to buy. When I mentioned to him that I was considering a Rolex for DF, he went into a "Rolex Hate"-rant haha that side of the family is all about Cartier > Rolex.

You are seriously making me re-think my tastes away from a TT watch. I used to really be opposed to the look on me and now i'm thinking I need to give it another shot.... but then again, that would require me to first wear a watch. haha

Beautiful!!! all that yellow and white tones are amazing next to each other.

Whoops - LOL yes, I am sure our Dads will have a lot to talk about!! I LOVE the ballon bleu but I am disappointed that the bezel isn't gold and that all the links aren't TT. Also, the ladies size only comes in quartz and the only mid-size (size I wanted) at the store was quartz movement as well. I know it's a lot cheaper than Rolex, but still, I feel jipped out of the gold! I might as well save the money and get the all SS version.

Yes! Get a TT watch! I'm sure DF will oblige ;) And also get a love bracelet - did you hear it's going up 15%??? I'm trying to get my gf to get the rose gold love. She already has the all rg santos with diamonds and the orchidee de caresse double flower ring in rg. All she's missing is the bangle =)

The Yachtmaster and the Soleste ring are a match made in heaven! :love: I can stare at that photo all day long. You have a wonderful Dad! Congrats on your new Rolex!

OMG Kohl, what a wonderful surprise reveal!! I am totally a fan of big watches (on me) but I am not that into the extra dials on the Daytona, so I really love that watch. Enjoy!!!!!

What the heck are you and DF going to exchange for the wedding now?!
