Thank you, everyone!! :smile1:

The only problem I'm having now is that my RG Bean Necklace is looking quite underwhelming when worn with these earrings! I'm wondering if I should have opted for something more sparkly... ?

Can you post a photo when wearing the two together? The earrings look so pretty, by the way! Glad you got these hassle free this time :smile1:

I will certainly do so as soon as I put on makeup and do something with my hair! :giggles::shame: My son and I have been sick the past few days and I've been wandering around the house sans-makeup wearing my hair in a bun...

I'll try to do that ASAP, though!

I layer all the time -- 24/7. Here's a picture of my usual combination --.07 and .17

I love the way your 0.07ct sits... Did you have it shortened? I only ask because it sits so much higher than the 0.17ct.

Lovely combination! I'm torn, at the moment, between the two sizes. I find myself debating whether the 0.07ct is large enough, or if the 0.17ct is worth twice the cost...

Yes. The .07 was shortened to 15.5 inches and the .17 is unaltered. Both are lovely. I find the .07 to be a nice size.

Congratulations!! They are so so so pretty, I love them!

Me, too! Now I find myself trying to decide between the 0.07ct (which I could purchase in just 2-4 weeks if I don't buy anything I don't "need", like shoes & handbags) or a 0.17ct... which will take quite a bit longer...

Immediate gratification, or the biggest size available? Decisions, decisions... :D

I'm thinking that I should wait for the larger stone, as difficult as it is! If my eBay auctions would finish with a bidder, then I could purchase immediately! (Selling off old jewelry/bridal sets from my former marriage)

Biggest size! You will be so much more happy with your purchase if you wait to get the bigger one; as hard as that is to do it will be worth the wait I think. :)

I look forward to the photos! I think you should go for the bigger diamond as you've had your gratification with the bean and these earrings - hopefully they've tempered your Tiffany cravings for a little while :D

Incidentally, what's the time frame for 0.17 ct? You could always try and fit it around some sort of holiday or special event - Valentine's, Mother's Day.etc and ask for contributions that way :graucho:

Thanks, everyone! Obviously, when it comes to diamonds, bigger seems to be better -- at least where Tiffany / DBTY is concerned!! :smile1:

As far as the timeframe for the 0.17ct... I'm not sure? January 27th would have been my wedding anniversary, but I'd prefer not to commemorate that!! Maybe Valentine's Day, if the funds are there. Otherwise, Mother's Day.

Here you go!

Those look fabulous together!
I find it so funny that we have really similar complexions and rose gold looks AWFUL on me, like completely washes me out. I'm glad that's it's so gorgeous on you though (it seriously is to die for on you!), wear them in good health! :)

Thank you!!

My complexion is odd, really.... My skin tone itself is yellow, but there is a lot of pink discoloration that works well with rose gold.

White metals, on the other hand, are so harsh against my skin that I can't wear them! (That, and I'm allergic!)

Thank you again! :smile1:
