So here is what I'm hoping is my last bag for a very long while. Not sure where to go from here anyway since this is my dream bag. It was $1000 and I got it for $600.

The leather is un-freaking-believeable, really and honestly. Even better than the Skorpios. Even DH says it's by far the best bag I own by a lot.

The "toggles" or whatever they are called are all REAL python. I love the fact they are done in two colors, really nice. And the rolled handle is awesome too. The bag really is stunning and extremely well made. Pure luxury.

And I love the fact the bag has the toggles all around the purse and not just on the front. Most bags are so plain on the back, I love that this one is finished all the way around.

OMG! That bag is absolutely stunning! :hbeat: The photos alone show how lovely the leather is. I can totally see why it's was your HG bag! Congrats on getting it for 40% off. I know it's expensive but it looks oh so worth the slurge!

very nice! I love the handles on this bag. I think $600 is a great price for a high quality designer purse with great leathers! My MK leather is better than my MJ ones!

That is one freaking gorgeous bag! The pics of the MK website don't even come close to doing it justice. I have the tonne tote in the gray-after seeing your pictures I may have to pull her out. You won't stop buying though Crissy-I know a fellow bagaholic when I see one! Congrats it's worth every penny.:p

WOOHOO crissy, what a stunning bag I'm so glad you found your dream bag, you deserve it!!. I can see why you've been so excited about it. Last week on 20/20 they did an interview with Michael Kors. It was a fun interview to watch, did you see it by any chance?
My daughter and I are going to spend 2 days and nights at the Cabazon outlets (outside of Palm Springs) starting next tuesday and I am going to venture in the the Michael Kors store there, I've only peeked in the windows up until now. Would love to see something in a rich warm brown or navy.

Wowee!!! I can tell how great the quality is just by looking at the pics! I am very impressed with the toggles going all the way around the bag; the attention to detail is awesome. And I absolutely LOVE the handle...congrats on your new beauty! Even if you still think $600 is a lot for a bag (I'm right there with ya on that), you still got a killer deal on this one considering it's normally priced at $1000. I certainly hope this one got moved to the front of your "bag rotation schedule." :laugh:

Well the sale I was invited to was a pre-sale for VIP customers, but starting today it was opened to the public. Many of the collection bags are 40% off at MK stores.

I know a lot of people steer clear of MK because the resale isn't as high as with other brands - and the return policy is kind of sucky, but it's really too back.

The sale on right now is final sale. I'm not fond of that myself, but it does force one to make sure they love a bag before they purchase it. It's certainly not like Coach. With MK it's either 21 days to return (10 in Canada!!!) or sometimes final sale.
