Do you know the approximate dimensions of your bag? Is it larger than the "pebble turnlock tie Dakota crossbody" that LizCordova just revealed? (12.25 x 8.25). And apologies if this is mentioned already and I missed it! Just looked through this thread and the fall preview thread to see.

I measured it for you.

Its about 13 1/2 to 13 3/4 inches long and just under 11 inches high. So it's bigger than the pebble turnlock tie Dakota crossbody.

The bag is pretty light unfilled. I checked my shipping confirmation from ups and the box weighed 4.2 pounds with all of the stuffing and packaging. I would say that the bag itself weighs around 2 pounds give or take. The whipstitching adds a bit of weight, but the leather is nice and light without being flimsy. It is not a heavy bag unfilled. (Well, mine is now because I stuffed it full lol. )

Me too. Do you know what shade of purple the violet is?

Hopefully it will arrive Monday or Tuesday…I will try to post some photos then.

I don't think it will be as bright as the purple iris. I think it might be closer to the violet of the Rhyder bags, though I believe the leather is heavier. I will try to post some photos when it arrives this week.

Does anyone have a pic of the violet rhyder referenced here? Can wait to see
