Yes I think this is a different one. I really wish it was a tad bigger to fit the 6plus. It does not fit my work Note3 either.

I contacted Coach and was able to get the following information:

Both Hangtag Multifunction cases are 3.5" L x 6.5" H x .5" W

I also asked about all the colors available as well as the hardware for each:

Style 52507:
Light gold/Black
Light gold/Violet
Light gold/Red Currant
Silver/Fuchsia
Silver/Jade
Silver/Yellow
Light gold/Coral
Light gold/Teal

Style 52390:
Vapor black/Red Metallic
Vapor black/Brass

Brass and metallic red are metallic. Then others are regular leather. Coach often uses different style numbers for the same item in different types of leather.
