I was just thinking that with the retro glove tan leather in camel this would have been perfect. And I am a sucker for pebbled leather--love it--but for some reason these colors don't work with pebbled for me. I had this bag ordered but cancelled it last week after seeing the wristlet. I agree--lighter and smoother would have had my heart racing.
I ordered it as well, and it's just not love for me either. It's going back. I think I will get the Walnut Borough with the Yellow Edgepaint instead!

I didn't have the wristlet but saw one revealed here. It was the same color combo, camel/pink ruby.
As much as I love Preston and the edgepaint combos, I have to say this isn't my favorite out of the ones I've seen but then I'm not really a pink or brown girl. I'm excited to see what you do choose next.
Sorry it wasn't what you expected. I don't have mine yet but I have a feeling I am going to feel the same as you. I still want the navy woven and one of the large striped coated canvas Preston's, so I may exchange for one of those.

Same here. Had it on order and cancelled after I saw the wristlet reveal. Love pebbled but not on this bag. Very disappointed it is not lighter and smooth like the preview pics made it appear!
I love the colors but when I saw it in person I didn't fall in love with it. Hopefully they will make it in darker colors with edgepaint
When did you order yours? I still haven't received mine yet and I ordered back when they had the 30% PCE.
I ordered it a few weeks ago during the mid-March PCE. I'd definitely call them...you should have received it by now.
