I hope so, I took a FP item in for repair to my local outlet, I had ordered directly from JAX and the manager gave me a hard time about sending it in.I reminded her that FP is almost 3 hrs away.
The crazy thing is that when I got it back they didn't touch the repair (replace chipped hardware) and they smeared edge coat across it. They had,me send it back and replaced it. I suppose that hardware will chip too. Hopefully not. It is a butterscotch Nomad.

That says you can return anywhere as long as you have a receipt. If you don't have a receipt, then outlet stuff has to be returned to an outlet, FP stuff to FP. That makes sense since they wouldn't be able to look up the style number in their system - the outlet system only shows outlet stuff, and FP system only shows FP stuff.
