yes i have reported this to ebay and they still allow this seller ebay id (shubertshop) to continue selling i am so surprised ebay allows this to continue the seller seems to be selling at least 5 a day totally scamming people daily and ebay is allowing this , any other suggestions to stop this guy from scaming more people on ebay .

Yes, I'm sure you purchased a replica, as it seems did so many of his previous buyers. You can file a SNAD case w/ eBay (significantly not as described), stating your concerns with your item. You should then get a refund for your entire fee, including shipping. As far as alerting others, you just did.

I'm in the UK and purchased a Disco Soho in navy from the site Brand Alley. I'm a member of a FB luxury bag group (pre-loved sales and chat) and someone alerted to fakes having been included in that sale (February 2016).

Brand Alley have agreed to refund me in full, so I have no complaints. But I was wondering if anyone else has had recent experience of fakes via Brand Alley?

this gucci dionysus is so fake! from their feedback, i can see that this seller has sold a lot fake designer bags ebay is definitely not a safe place to purchase designer goods

I know they are currently active on ebay and that they have their own website. They also sell locally in Montreal Canada (they just had a local wear house sale that was advertised on a reputable radio station called The Beat 92.5 - which induced me to believe that the goods were legit)

I purchased a Gucci soho disco bag from them and got it authenticated by TPF and Castira afterwards = both confirmed that it was fake.

I was able to return the bag in person and get my money back - they did not event tried to deny that it was a fake! What a shame!

Please do not buy from this seller! I will report to local authority.

I'm no expert but these Gucci Soho Disco Bags are all clearly fakes. Too many of them on eBay, it's scary! Suspect they may be from the same seller. Buyers beware
