Replacement DUST BAGS/BOXES?

when i bought a LV bag from singapore LV store and at the same time i requested for another dust bag but the SA said she doesnt have any spare.I asked from the LV store in Singapore and she replaced me a new one straight away with no cost..no question asked from her. That's why I love LV so much.....

. Or it might be from LV store in Hong Kong, not Singapore.
Unfortunately, there isn't a LV store anywhere near where I live, so I've never bought from a sales person directly... Now wishing I had!
Hi , I'm new to buying LV. I bought my first bag a Damier speedy 35 in January this year & just loooove it. 
I'm from Adelaide in Australia & we don't have any stores in my State so I had to do a phone order. No problems at all but when I received the bag of course it was folded & fitted into the dust bag. I'm storing it stuffed to keep it's shape but the bag doesn't fit into it storing it this way. Does anyone know if I ring up would they send me another one or can I buy an extra one? I'm wanting to get another bag soon hopefully so do you think when I purchase another & I tell them do you think they would send an extra one for me then? Sorry but I'm new to all this & only just found this post. TIA

Rockysmom , Thanks for that, I will keep an eye out for one or I will just ask perhaps when I make another purchase by phone order.....Hopefully soon.
what about any of the recommended resellers -- do any of them sell them. If you'd posted this a year ago, I'd have given you one, I never used to use it at all! I've finally gotten into the habit of storing all my bags in their dustcovers when not in use but honestly, I never used to in the past. What about a dustcover from another brand? Botkiers dustcovers are huge and Kooba's are a good size too.
