Overall: I regret giving into peer pressure and buying contemporary bags when I could have been purchasing the premium designer bags I loved. I let others "shame" me into not liking what I like just because they couldn't afford it. That was so crazy of me. LOL! So my biggest regret is I've had to do a lot of buying and selling to get to a collection I love.
Bags I should have never bought:
I bought two Fendi B bags way after their "it" time. They looked dated and were hell to get into. I was glad to sell those off despite taking significant losses. Blech
The ones that got away:
Chanel So Black - I should have gotten one when they were in stores but was cheaping out for no good reason. Now I absolutely refuse to pay the premium on resale.
Preowned gold Chanel flap - It was pristine and priced really well from a reputable reseller. I just waited to long to buy so someone else snapped it up. 😢
The good thing is that styles change and there are so many beautiful bags each year. So, I don't usually have regrets for long. Something else amazing will come along and I'll end up liking what I eventually purchase even more than what I missed. 😄
