Recommendations for French skincare products?

CityPharma is the best and you can get one salesperson to help you with all of your questions and make recommendations based on your particular issues/needs. (And they have most of the brands on your list.)

If you get there when they open that tends to be the least busy IME.

EviDenS de Beauté is also good and have a nice boutique in Paris.
Menard Embellir is Japanese, but worth paying attention. They have a salon in Paris, would like to get a treatment there, but my trips are very short, don't have enough time.

+1 for SVR, Uriage, Filorga eye cream, Klorane
I have sensitive skin (and have also ruined my barrier before) so SVR's Hydra SebiaClear and Cicavit+ lines have been great in repairing while still maintaining the effects of certain acids like retinol etc. Uriage's Tolederm has been a lifesaver (their eyecare cream has prevented/healed eczema flare-ups around my eyelids wonderfully).
Klorane: smoothing eye patches and Wake-up call serum
I also like grabbing a jar of Darphin's Intral Soothing cream - priced slightly lower than the States.

Your list looks pretty solid. French skincare products are definitely worth exploring, especially if you're in Paris! I've been dealing with my own skin concerns lately, so I totally get wanting to find the best products. I recently stumbled upon a dermatology reference textbook that's been quite informative. You might find it helpful too. Here's the link: www.therapeutique-dermatologique.org. As for your list, I've tried a few of those products and they've worked wonders for me. La Roche Posay and Bioderma are personal favorites. Have a great time shopping at CityPharma – it's like skincare heaven!
