Phiomega, I am now obsessed with your tote! I spoke with an SA at Saks, and she said Saks did not order it. I don't really know how to begin looking for it, so would you mind helping--did you order from a Chanel boutique, or a dept store? Do you have an SA you can recommend? I have rationalized to myself I no doubt will not find it in Paris, and if there is a price increase, it's better to try now. Thank you!

FYI - I'm in Paris. I've been to 3 Chanel stores. Stock is low/non existent on anything I would want. Lots of this season's bags in the orange, yellow, green and cobalt they are favoriting.
No luck on seeing the box tote. I have shown a picture to several SA's and they all claim to have either never heard of it or they are waiting to get it. Crazy!

Hello! Sorry I have been swamped with work and did not check the forum.... and pleasantly surprised to see the interest on my beloved Chanel tote!
I found the tote in a Chanel boutique, got mine in Indonesia and saw the first one in Singapore. So unfortunately my SA won't be of any help for you given the location!
Boutique has better chance than Dept store since this is a seasonal item, but I can't believe you can't find it in Paris! This is a summer/spring 2017 item, so they should know about it --- do show them the pic from the Chanel app if you haven't. But I also have hard time believing that the bag arrived in Southeast Asia before it showed up in Paris!
For what it's worth, it is really a great tote -- light, spacious, and stylish. My favorite: it has two slim pockets inside (will take pic later, I don't have it with me now) where I can slip my mobile phone, and passport/boarding passes when I travel. I used it for travel last week and loving this feature.

I have given up on this tote. I tried Chanel on line, and received a reply that it is sold out in all the Chanel boutiques. Saks did not carry it. I will see which other Chanel totes may be available while in Paris later this summer, but for now, I purchased a Lanvin tote 40% off, from Bergdorf Goodman's on line sale, and it is beautiful. It was a spur of the moment purchase, and I felt I might need to return it, but of course I love it! I just ordered a Samorga organizer for it, so I believe I am happy. For now.
It's a gorgeous bag. I'm shocked and frustrated that the SA's act as if they haven't heard of it.
Im not traveling to Asia in the foreseeable future so, sadly, I'm going to have to love the bag from afar.
Stock is very low so I hope they restock by the time you get here. I saw a cerf and one other tote (don't know the name but it was quilted with some sort of quilted pouch on the front). Nothing else in black leather. I'm hoping when I get to Monaco or Italy later in this trip that supply will be higher from demand being lower. It was very disappointing.
Has anyone ordered the new Cuyana structured tote? Wondering how it compares to their classic tote...undecided! Very similar to Everlane Petra, but more manageable size. They also recently released their day market tote...decisions, decisions!
