Rant! New Key Pouch! UPDATE

Update: On Tuesday when my package was empty I called customer service. Later that day I received a letter from LV saying they’ve opened a UPS claim and it could take up to 14 days for a resolution. Once approved, they asked me to then advise if I wanted a refund or a re-shipment. I was thinking to myself I just didn’t want the item anymore.

On Friday, (3 days after I received empty package), I received a shipping notification. Today, the key pouch was delivered. I never received any notice from lv other than a shipping notification. I will keep it either for myself or give to a family member.

So although the experience was far from perfect, LV did respond quickly. Case closed.

Glad you finally received your item! Please do a reveal! Now I'm so curious about what key pouch you received.

Glad to see you finally received your key pouch. Clearly LV discovered the "error."
 
A police report? Who exactly is she pressing charges against?
When any of my items go missing from the mail, meaning UPS, Fed ex, etc. I file a police report. You have never done one? Actually on occasion I have been asked to provide one, so I do.


I didn't say "I was pressing charges against someone" , I said file a police report. Maybe that was not clear.
 
For some reason they’ve been more readily available recently on US website. I was able to snag a mono for a friend who wanted it last week. She was thrilled.
I guess I look at the wrong time. It always unavailable when I check. I always wanted another in DE. The DG looks so cool too. Uh oh, I'm starting to go down the rabbit hole again with LV.
