Omg I had a similar thing happen to me this week, I registered to post if anyone had experience similar to mine and am seeing this thread! I definitely understand the frustration. I ordered a Keepall XS in blue aerogram, it wasn't available at my store so it was shipped from another location in the US. Today, I received a package with the box inside but no bag. Mine has clearly been tampered with though (had a clear tape on it and the ribbon inside was taken off). The store I ordered from said they will open a dispute with UPS. Wondering if I should do something else, it's so frustrating to be charged for something you never received!
