Here is my new key pouch just delivered. Empty!! Box was not tampered with. Clearly an issue in warehouse. Long time buyer here, and I’m losing my patience.

Agreed! If the Warehouse did an inventory count of that item, they should see they are over by 1 unit because they never packaged your piece. I hope this gets resolved soon, and yes, it’s not a UPS issue whatsoever. They need to review their cameras in the warehouse…

I’m hoping it was an honest error and not an insider theft. I’m kinda leaning towards insider theft but hope I’m wrong.
 
Sorry this happened.

I’ve been thinking of getting a MyHeritage/customized Keepall from the website and I’ll make a mental note to have it delivered in store instead. And I’ll make sure to open it while there.

Please keep us posted.
Have everything delivered to the store…that way the employees can take note from problems like this and forward to those bone head management!!
 
I’m sorry to hear that this happened! I’m relatively new at ordering online. I’ve always bought in the boutique over the years.

Since October 2022, with my recent online purchases, I’ve always used American Express and had the purchases delivered to my nearest boutique. AMEX’s customer service is top notch. Since I’ve had purchases sent to the boutique I can’t speak about lost packages. However AMEX has always been great with any inquiry or problem I’ve had one any type of purchase: electronics to appliances. Also, in case of loss or theft, a police report could be made?

Oh no! Sorry this happened to you. Hope you get your key pouch soon. I don’t like having luxury items shipped to my place. I almost always buy in store or have it shipped to the store for pick up.

Ya I did not shop lv during 2020 and my ca is gone, as well as the lv store I used to shop at (it was in neiman Marcus and closed). So I now shop on line. I could have it shipped to a different store but it’s a bit of a pain to drive there plus I guess I’d have to make an appointment as they no longer allow you to just walk in store. (Totally disappointing shopping experience now).

lv shopping just isn’t as fun anymore. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else and I hope I don’t have any similar experiences in the future as it may deter me from purchasing at all. I think a video opening delivered packages is prob a good idea.
