I love the cuff as well and am sorry you had to go through that. I try not to be a pessimist, but sometimes I do fear Western "Civilization" is on a downward spiral. I realize every generation probably said that, but I think for this period of time it might be a valid point of view.

BTW, on the cuff...does it hinge on the side? I would imagine that is the kind of cuff you would not forget you have on due to it's weight?

And DreamingBeauty - people have actually called you 'tacky' for wearing blings? Duh! I love bling and hey, if I can splurge money on them and wear them, who cares? There are times I like subtle jewelry and times when I say "bring it on, bling bling!" (ahem...sorry, my bling are all costume, i wish i can afford the real thing sometime in the future tho).

Yeah I know some people Most of my bling is costume too, which I think is awesome! I think they just need to broaden their horizons. Jewelry is supposed to be fun, but some take it WAY too seriously!
