I ask for a box for every Coach bag I purchase. Even the outlets have a cheapy white one. I like to store all my bags in their dustbag and then in their box. I am OCD about my closet like that. Every time I ask for one they oblige no problem. They have even given me an extra box or two for the coach bags I bought somewhere else.

One of the sales associates at Macy's once told me they don't get Coach boxes but when I purchased a small wristlet one year they were able to give me one because Coach actually sent some to them for the holidays (this was shortly after Christmas). When I used to shop at Coach they would not offer boxes but I had to ask for one.
I think the only time I have ever seen a Coach come in a box was over 10 years ago when the stores basically only carried their Classic collection (when they were still made in the US) I got one of the little back pack bags (can't remember the exact name) but when the sales associate took one out for me from the back it was in this brown Coach box (not like the ones today and I still have it somewhere) and it was all nicely wrapped with tissue paper. this was also before they started giving out dust bags so that might be why.

If I call coach's 800 # & tell them a few of my dustbags broke..do you think they would send me some?? None really broke except one small tiny one the drawstring is like jammed & knotted so I had to basically rip it to get my mini skinny out. But, I've bought a bag from the outlet that needs a dustbag & this bag is hhuuuggeee! It's my twill tote. The Williamsburg outlet has dustbags already in all their bags I don't know why Leesburg doesn't. But Williamsburg also carries signature. So, I guess every outlet that carries signature also gives out dustbags. LOL it's like they are a more upscale outlet.
I usually only shop at the Coach store and I always get a dustbag, even for wristlets and the like, sometimes, especially if I am going to store them together (black wristlet and skinny mini) I tell them just to put them together. I did have them special order a swing pack for me, and it did not come with a dustbag, but my SA at the store was happy to give me one when I asked. As for boxes, only on request...I don't have the room to store them anyway. LOL.
the nearest store is about 30 mins away...so I might try to call first & see if they will ship them to me. I don't want to use the time & gas if I don't have to since it is out of my way.
