HiMy ikat just started meltingI bought it the same year it was released...I'm waiting on LV's reply to my email if they'll even fix it since it is now 2021
May I know if Lv fix your bag or give you store credit?
I just took my Neverfull Ikat from my wardrobe and found out that the strap started melting.
I have the receipt that my aunt purchased in Hong Kong.
It didn’t show my name on it
I m not sure if LV will fix it or give me store credit
