Question about Papillon 26

My first LV was the papillon (in MC). I was torn - the size didn't make much of a difference for me...but I did want to wear it on my shoulder if I wanted...and I also liked the little accessories pouch on the 30. I use that accesories pouch daily - even if I'm not using my papillon. I don't regret it one bit.

Addicted...thanks for your reply about your choice of the 30. That's helpful. I'm leaning toward the 26 but will make a decision by Friday. I want to order one before the price goes up. Now it's just trying to figure it out.... sigh!

Pap in MC meaning Multicolor ? To my understanding that is fake, they didnt make the pap in the multicolor.

HI there, just posted on the other papillon thread- but fyi, the straps are signifcantly longer and more comfortable on the 30. I found it a little difficult to keep the bag on my shoulders with the 26 and I am on the petite side. The 30 on the other hand rests comfortably!

WCLC...I am thinking the 26..I don't mind so much not carring over my shoulder and I never carry much in my purse to begin with..plus I think the 26 would be more flattering for my height. That was a great post..I think we were channeling each other when ya wrote that :-). Also, thank you airress for the info..i have noticed with most of my handbags that i end up carry it in the crook of my arm anyway..so it wouldn't be too big of a problem.. out of curiousity though, does anyone know the difference in length between the mono pochette and the 26??

Although Eluxury lists the papillon 26 as 10 x 6 x 6, I measured my friend's damier pap 26 and it's more like 11 x 5ish x 5ish. Hope that helps. I don't have a pochette to compare it with.

I still want a damier papillon even though I'm waiting for the damier speedy. Might have to cave and use some tax refund $ to get the papillon.

WCLC~ you are on top of the ball here..thank you for the stats :-)..I think i am going to post a thread asking how the straps differ between the pochette and the papillion 26..thank you for furthur insight :-)
