Seriously, don't bother taking it to LV. It's fake. I know I only have 80 posts here, and I might look like some LV newbie, but I'm also a member of several other purse boards, and have thousands of posts on those boards. I know the multicolored line. I know it like the back of my hand. (I don't know all LV lines, but if there's one thing I know, it's the MC line.) The colors are off, the leather looks plastic, it's definately a fake.
My concern is that you'll waste time taking it to LV when you could be getting your money back. Don't waste too much time. You may not be able to get your money back if you don't act quickly enough.
I'm so sorry for you. I would recommend that you buy from a Mypoupette Reseller. Or, if you find a Speedy that you like, post a photo of it here first before spending money on it. We could save you a lot of grief and misery. :cry:
