I held my tongue while they were here but I have had terrible CS with Jomashop.. My last straw was during Christmas this year I purchased DH a watch from them and earrings for myself. My earrings NEVER came (No refund ever given) and the watch came in a box for another watch along with the manual for another watch. I called and emailed a few times, They first said they would return the box and manual and replace with the correct ones and they would send a shipping label via email... Email never came, I called back 3-4 times coudlnt get through and the recording hung up on me for weeks. Then I finally get through and was told by the CS rep and then a manager that I was wrong and the box and manual are for the watch we received. I KNOW good and well they are not! When i look on another forum and ebay the box is MUCH bigger and nicer and the manual doesnt mention his model watch 1 time. Its a manual completely for a different watch. They simply refused to do anything about it. Now if he ever goes to sell this watch he doesnt have the proper things to sell it with and we are stuck with it because by the time we were told this was the correct stuff with the watch we were past the 30 day return policy. Also they dont provide warranty cards for themselves and the brand that makes the watch (cartier, rolex, tag, etc..) will not touch it since its gray market. I much prefer to buy a used watch originally purchased from an AD then go the joma route and thats exactly what I did when I just bought my Roadster last week. I paid the same price for it used but it has a warranty through Cartier.. I coudlnt imagine if DH's watch broke.. I would never trust them to warranty it properly..
