Question about carrying wristlets/wallets instead of bags

The Kristin crossbody is a hands-free, crossbody swingpack with a built-in wallet. It is slightly larger than most large wristlets and I think that it is the perfect size for carrying "just the essentials." Click on the link below to see pics of my Kristin Crossbody fully loaded.

A few of them have appeared in the outlets recently, but I don't know if they are still any around at discount prices. There are still many colors available at full-price ($158) from the boutiques or at Coach.com.

Good luck with your decision!

I have some smaller vintage bags but I'm looking for something to carry the days it's too hot to have something touching your body LOL! That and depending on the material sometimes they make your skirt/dress ride up!

If all you want to put in it is a mini skinny, phone and lipgloss, just about any wristlet will work. I put the exact same stuff plus a pen and extra cards that don't fit in the mini in a perforated wristlet from the outlet. That wristlet is on the smaller side but everything still fits great.

I use my Madison Large Capacity wristlet. I have several of these, but I like the newest one I just picked up at the outlet for a steal. It is bigger than the Brooke and fits comfortably under my arm.
The Brooke was too small for me so I sold it.
I also have the Collette and it is bigger than the Madison one, but I still have yet to use it.

I have done this. Only thing is you have to REALLY careful not to put it down and misplace it. I once left my wristlet on the bus:( Thankfully someone handed it in . Now I always check : purse, ipod, cell phone, keys

I do love the capacity wristlets- I had a baby lotion, mini antibac, lipgloss, mirror , mascara, cell/ ipod , money and debit /credit cards

Thanks for the input! I don't normally carry much in a purse so good to know that what I carry will fit in almost anything :)
I usually only have a wallet, phone, credit card holder for reward type cards, and keys if I'm driving. I don't like to bring a lot with me if I can help it.
I used to be one of those people that would bring everything with me but it just gets too heavy to haul all that stuff around!
