Q: Is a 2.0ct Asscher cut ring too much for a left middle finger?

It's really beautiful and I love it, but I wouldn't wear it on my left middle finger. I'd put it on my right hand instead!

Thanks - although to be honest, I don't take care of my hands like I should.
As for the ring - absolutely! It's set well, and absolutely radiant. I would recommend it - and if you don't like it, you can always return it!
