Great article notorious pink!!! Check out Tom Bihn’s large zip top tote for an excellent travel bag protector/bag to use on location.
wondering if you have an solutions/tips for traveling/packing Hermes bracelets, I.e. cdc’s??
Thanks!!
I love my Pliage for H bag in bag travel. I can’t wear backpacks comfortably after rotator cuff surgery with a strap on each side so the pliage with a wide shoulder strap on my good shoulder works well. I only wish I could take Notorious Pink’s idea - clearly a great one for travel!! And for salon wear. I loved your article by the way!As we are planning another vacation, I was wondering which travel bag to purchase to hide my handbags when I don't want them to be seen, so this article came just in timeI wonder which one would be best for a B30? Backpack or Longchamp Pliage?
PS. My pliage saved my h bag on 2 different flights. Once a very drunk man shook a canned beer and thought it would be funny to open during flight. Beer spewed everywhere, primarily under my seat front soaking my pliage. However its water resistance allowed me to clean it up and the inside bag was totally protected. Same happened with a young boy and a coke again a year later, and same pliage saved the day! The child I had empathy for, the drunken man no!! I’m a total fan of pliage totes for many reasons, but those 2 incidents made me a true believer in pliage bag in bag travel! HTHI love my Pliage for H bag in bag travel. I don't recommend it. I had a client who had many Hermes bags stolen from an airport when the luggage was unattended for a minute. Putting bags in a clear plastic tote is a great invitation for thieves. On your arm or in a normal carry on or tote. And keep an eye on it please! What I’ve been noticing lately on Instagram and want to try is putting my bags in clear tote bags... what do you guys think? Though I guess the purpose of backpacks is to fully cover the bag

Yes, you are writing some wonderful articles for the blog! It’s enjoyable to see your pieces, you obviously have lived with the H you write about, but your research chops are fabulous tooThank you! I’m really glad you liked the article!
To be honest, I usually only use one shoulder strap on the backpack. But because of my shoulders I can’t use most regular purse shoulder straps as they tend to just slide right off, lol.
Great soluion! Thanks for the tip!Link to my latest PurseBlog article, on traveling with your bag.

I tend to take a more practical approach when traveling with my good bags.
