I am a newbie to Hermes but have faced such a complicated situation. I wish there is a way to get some ideas from you guys.
I got Bolide 31 from Poshmark (2017 one and very good condition). The deal was too good to be true. This order includes the invoice indicating the order number etc except the purse buyer's personal information (The seller simply cut the proportion of the invoice with the personal information.)
The seller said that it is from her ex husband, and Poshmark verified its authenticity.

However, I have heard many tragic stories regarding purchasing pre-loved bags.
Just in case, I got a verification service from Bababebi and sent out an email to Hermes to check there is the order information or not in their system. Bababebi verified its authenticity as well.

Unexpectedly, Hermes said they cannot view such order information in their purchase history. The order seems not in-store purchase since there is no store information in the invoice and shipping costs were included; also based on the invoice Bababebi said that it is online order. I cannot believe my eyes so reached out to Hermes by phone to check it again. Again, I was informed that no information pops up. I am very embarrassed so reached out to the seller. She said she doesn't want to talk with her ex husband - I think it is understandable. She suggested me to get Hermes Spa service. The bag is in a great condition...but maybe this is only option I have now.

I am not sure whether there is anyone experiencing a situation where I am in.

Hermes will not disclose the information of the original buyer of the bag full stop! They will only deal with a query from the original buyer. Since you already have the bag authentication by some of the most reputable authenticators so I don't really see what sort of experience you are after would make anything different. Personally I would enjoy the bag!

Have you entertained the obvious option of believing the leading independent H authenticator? I don't understand getting the bag authenticated affirmatively by the best in the field but being essentially unmoved by the response. If the bag is authentic and you love it, that's about all you get out of buying a preowned bag.

Why would you pay for bababebi's service and then NOT believe her word? And why is the receipt so important...the bag is pre-owned and has been authenticated...it's not like you are going to carry the receipt around and show it to people. Enjoy your bag and don't stress so much about minute details. Please show us pictures of your fabulous bag!

How did you reach out to the seller if her information had been removed?

I don't really understand exactly what your problem is.
Is it just that you have a niggling feeling that it might be a fake?

You were not confident in Poshmark's authentication service - with all due respect to Poshmark it is always sensible to be cautious about an authentication offered by a seller.
You chose a reputable independent authentication service yet still refuse to have 100% confidence in that.
You have to accept that removing the original purchaser's private details is a reasonable thing to have been done and not a cause for concern. Look at it from a different point of view.
As was stated, in future the only way for you to rest easy is to buy directly from an Hermes outlet.
