Purchased bag from Harrods, But the security tag is still on

That happened to me once with an ink tag and I had to drive nearly 2 hours back to the store to get the darn tag taken off! I hope you're able to remove it with pliers and that it contains no ink. Good luck!

Can you give us a photo of it? There are posts all over the internet about removing security tags.

Yes, please post a pic of it and maybe someone can help you figure out where to take the bag to have it removed if you're still hesitant about removing it yourself.

This is funny in the end, thank god! I'm glad u got it off safely. The beeping must be driving u crazy, but the solutions are amusing, running it over vs. saving it as valuable, etc...

Glad you were able to get it off. I've had this happen to me numerous times, but it was while shopping at the mall. I don't understand the point of these things when they don't even set off the alarm. If they were working, then these things wouldn't happen.
