Prong-set rings and cashmere sweaters

^^Mine doesn't either. I never had any problems with snagging knitwear, tights, other delicate fabrics, anything like that. It's an asscher solitaire in a four prong setting and there aren't any sharp/pokey outy bits that could catch on stuff.

Yeah, mine does! I have a Tiffany ribbon ring, which is not a prong setting, but sometimes with sweaters I'll find a few fibers caught between the stone and one of the "ribbons." They come out pretty easily and the setting is really secure so I'm not too concerned about the ring. The sweaters don't seem to be harmed, either, luckily. Now, my other ring is a Dior Oui ring and the tips of the "u" catch on everything!! Drives me nuts but I love the ring so much I put up with it.
