I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

Let me jump in here with my frustration with people who say “for all intensive purposes” instead of intents and purposes. Those purposes must be super concentrated!

I would also like to add that I now feel very insecure about my language skills... Must pay extra attention to what I write here (and English is actually my second language)... I am truly sorry for all the grammatical faux pas and downright crimes I might have been guilty of committing!

To stay on topic: I had a similar oversized linen jacket and baggy shorts set in 1989! Looking back, it was cringey then, and certainly is cringey now!

Don’t feel insecure. Many of us have typos or get a little sloppy with our grammar because we’re in a hurry to write a comment. I know I do!

Oh no, please don't! I'm only referring to native English speakers, like toxic, who should know better. I always give a pass to those people who don't have English as their first language (me included).
I, for one, never know when to use who vs whom, LOL.

I remember Bethenny Frankle said she used Botox which changed the shape of her jaw. Maybe she just had Botox.

That doesn't change the chin, though. It's used to somewhat disable the masseter muscle when you have a strong jaw/square face to make it softer. I clearly watch too many cosmetic derms on Youtube and Insta.

Guilty. I have been known to shout out at games things like "why did you try to make that shot? It was stupid!" or "throw him out of the game!" It just comes out and I can't control myself lololol!

Prince Harry claims Murdoch newspapers paid ‘large sum’ to settle William hacking claim

Buckingham Palace and Rupert Murdoch’s News Group Newspapers reached a secret agreement over historical phone hacking claims, court documents filed on behalf of Prince Harry allege.

The documents, which claim that NGN privately reached an undisclosed settlement with Prince William, are part of the Duke of Sussex’s lawsuit against the media group for alleged unlawful information gathering.

The lawsuit includes claims that NGN illegally intercepted voicemail messages, obtained private information by deception and used private investigators to illegally gain information.

It’s unclear how Prince Harry is aware of his brother’s settlement, but in his court response he writes that his information is based on a redacted document through which he is inferring that Prince William signed onto the agreement.

Officials at Kensington Palace, which represents Prince William, told CNN it does not comment on legal proceedings. Buckingham Palace reiterated that same position.


Prince Harry states that his late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, was aware of settlement talks.

In the documents, Prince Harry’s legal teamasserts that William was paid a “very large sum” by the owner of The Sun and the now closed News of the World to settle claims that they hacked into the royal’s phone.
