I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

2 South Park episodes about the Harkles so close together would give the grifters way more attention than they deserve. It’s just free publicity for them and a way of keeping them in the news. Bad publicity is still better than no publicity for people like them. If the news people would just stop reporting all their lies and embellishments and their various other desperate ploys to stay relevant while doing nothing of real import or substance, they would then fade into obscurity as the nonentities they really are.

These 2 grifters are never going to stop pushing their PR/Narrative/'truth'and so they'll never go away, doesn't matter how much we wish.

I don’t believe there will be another one either. It would go against South Park’s MO and the point of the original episode to not pretend to be something you aren’t (and not to feed those attention hogs.)

I would bet they are done with Harry and Meghan unless they do something that gets them in the news for a different reason. Besides, the way they left it the Prince of Canada still lives in South Park. He could possibly make a brief appearance even when episodes do not focus on him.

Meantime, Neil Sean reports there is already work starting on another episode. They certainly have plenty of material available. Moon bumps, preaching to an empty UN assembly, Samantha’s lawsuit, the string of purchased awards, philanthropic sandwiches and lemon olive oil cakes, the Bench, (which seems to have rotted away), Spotify, etc etc.

An animated version of the moonbump would be absolutely BRILLIANT! Please please PLEASE !!!!! And include "Boingy Boingy" sound effects!

They both waived their right to be called private citizens when they did that Oprah interview, the NetFuX series, Arsetypes podcrashes and a product-placement-memoir plus promotion interview-tour. These are the 2 least private citizens on the planet bar KK - and even then they give her a run for her money.

I have to disagree with whoever wrote that. I’m not a psychiatrist but even I can tell that Meghan isn’t BPD. She doesn’t have chronic mood swings, fluctuating sense of self-worth, and she’s shown no sign of self-harm (other than claiming “suicidal thoughts” on Oprah to garner sympathy and manipulative purposes). She is a classic narcissist who thinks she is the most amazing person who exists and her only frustration is not understanding why everyone doesn’t see that.

I do agree with you though, while I was posting it I thought about all the times she was found sobbing on the floor and thinking I'm still not convinced it was her nervous system...I'd bet money on her manipulative mind.

I’m not convinced she was ever found sobbing on the floor. We’ve only been told by them about the instances of her alleged crying. I have no doubt she has manipulated Harry in the past with tears but since he is as big a liar as she is, his word about it means nothing.

She was sobbing (quietly) in bed once (so he claimed). And all I thought was: Classic narc tactic.

To be fair, I do believe she cried a lot at the start to ignite his White Saviour mentality. And she told him that she cries a lot, I have no doubt.
