I thought you meant GM! English is not my first language, that's why I didn't know what GAMS meant... sorry about that...
Ghost - the GM isn't that much bigger than the PM. The main difference is that the strap on the PM is a bit longer...(weird, but true...)
I had a GM2, it's a fantastic bag. I believe the current retail in clemence is $2450...(I could be off $100 +/-). Mine was chartreuse and the only reason she was sacrificed was because on Ms Chartreuse picotin TGM.
There will def be another evelyne coming to live at the lake in the near future.

I understand completely~ I have to forgo one to have another at times. Isn't that always the case with H?? For me it is. I must take a gander and see what I am jonsing for..Your evelyne was gorgeous I must say~ BUT~ the picotin is too...tough one to be sure. I almost was ready to give up my picotin, but decided against it. I love that thing and even more I love clemence leather.

Ghost55 -- just posted a modeling pic of the evelyne pm. For reference, I'm 5'4. Since I lean towards the full figure side, I was hesitant to get the pm at first, but the gm just felt too big when I tried it on. I find the pm to be a more comfortable fit.

But now a stupid question: what does it mean with the number 2 next to it ( PM2 or GM2)? Is it referring to a model with an extra outside pocket or...?

Yes, the "2" means that instead of the tiny open pocket inside, it has a full length, gusseted outer pocket.
For all the mothers out there, do you think the Evelyne is better with a small child or a Lindy? I never used a diaper bag, I just carried everything in my purse/tote but I'm carrying less now so I was curious which is better? My son is now 15 months and I definitely need my hands free. TIA!!
