while visiting my boutique last night I wanted to purchase some shoes, unfortunately they didn’t have my size, my SA recommended buying a pair and then exchanging them for the right size when she got them in to avoid a 10% increase at new year! Couldn’t find a thread on next years prices, so mods please move as appropriate. I’m based in the uk.

Thanks for sharing. Disappointing if we're due for another 10% hit in the UK - I was hoping the recent financial uplift would reduce our increase which has in the last few years ben VERY painful due to the poor value of the pound. :frown:
Another 10% increase on UK price would be a slap in the face for those royal customers here. I hope it's not true as it's clearly not justified whatsoever!

Out of curiosity why isn't a price increase justified? Perhaps the prices of core materials haven't increases so much but one of the way H distinguishes itself as the epitome of luxury is through price also...shouldn't it increase the price to maintain its exclusive status, so long as quality is upheld?
