Belt kit 32mm has decreased to $760 from $815. Just purchased one on Jun 20 for $815. I am not sure if I will ask for an adjustment.

I went in today and they would only adjust the one clic clac with white H I bought in June. I also bought about $1500 worth of other bracelets and twillies at the end of May and just got a head shake no. Poo.

I am going next week, just too busy today, but I did speak to my SA and they will for sure adjust my shawl. I'll bring my other receipts just in case.

I just went to my local H and had my scarves, twillies and DH's tie adjusted... I asked about belt, the manager told me no decrease on leather except jewelry... 😕

H.com is acting a little wonky. The $760 price is a combo of a 24mm strap and 32 mm buckle (technical glitch). If you pick another strap that is 32mm with another standard buckle, the price is still $815 for a belt kit.

I had to double check since I bought a belt kit 2 months ago for $815. My SA confirmed that they would only do a price adjustment if within a 30-day period. This price decrease is a bummer for us that bought past the 30-day window!

Happy news! I got my scarf and scarf ring adjusted. Used the difference for a new bracelet that I'll pick up next weekend. So happy!

I'm so confused by the UK site right now. Previous season silk 90s have had the price decrease from £310 to £280, but they've just put up the new season scarves, and the new silk 90s are still £310. But the new seasons cashmeres are at the lower price of £760. Has anyone been to UK boutique and bought new season scarves? How much did they cost in store?

New season and old season 90 silk twill carres are priced at £280 at the boutiques.
