So far I haven't seen any price decrease in Canada in scarves or leather/silver jewelry. H.com Canada has been offering free ground shipping non-stop since I think the beginning of this year/last Christmas.

I am the same, I bought a Pareo and two 70s the last of May. I am curious to see if they will honor the adjustment for those too. I am going in soon for my adjustment for my 140 and Hapi, will update...

I was told that they would give adjustments on anything purchased in June, but they might be flexible with long-time customers. I would hope that an end of May purchase would qualify.

I went in today and they would only adjust the one clic clac with white H I bought in June. I also bought about $1500 worth of other bracelets and twillies at the end of May and just got a head shake no. Poo.

Hello Everyone! I purchased a Clic H in Marron Glace/Chestnut on June 30 (UGH!!!) and called this morning for a price adjustment. They DID honor the adjustment but would not budge on refunding my shipping cost (since this month is complimentary shipping). I'm happy about the price adjustment but that shipping issue is bothering me simply out of principle because I missed it by 1 day.

Anyone that has received an adjustment also get their shipping cost refunded?

i can't say that the price decrease motivates me one way or the other. I only purchased a couple of scarves last season, but it had nothing to do with a $15.00 increase over last year. I just haven't found many designs and/ or colorways appealing. $50.00 one way or the other will not prevent me from buying a scarf, nor will it encourage me to purchase one either. H has emphasized jewel tones and color combinations that are not so easy to wear over the past few seasons, and a number of designs just do nothing for me, so perhaps some of the slowdown in sales is due to less appealing offerings.

there were some scarves that in photos looked stunning yet horrible on, totally understand where you are coming from!

Chanel must be flipping out, I would think they would not be happy even if the decrease does not pertain to bags...
