Who knows the mystery behind who gets a coupon? Last time, the SA told me that people who haven't shopped at the boutique in a while got one, but i hear stories of people who get them each time.
If you don't get one and you do shop as often as you say you do, just ask your SA and she'll give you one. I've had that done twice. My SA told me that if any reason I don't get one, just to stop by and she'll give me one.
Get to know a SA, they will take care of you first and foremost.
Alsoooo! It's not just a coupon, it is the Preferred Customer Event for well, preferred customers who are loyal to Coach stores and spend quite a bit. It's basically in invite with a discount as a thank you for being so loyal.
The list is generated by corporate and each event has different requirements. The most is if you are one of the top loyal customers to the store. That list is seperate from everyone else and I believe they are the top 2% of the repeat customers who spend a lot in the store. The next list is just loyal repeat customers who also spend a lot. This list is generally the same but sometimes people are added randomly- some examples are if you have recieved a thank you note, you could possibly be on it. Another is if you're in the computer system for anything (ie a purple bag or you wanted something that sold out).
It really does vary but for this next event it is just the two general lists, so unfortunetly if you don't get one and you are a repeat customer- you can call and they could possibly add you.
