Oh..and the other thing I love about the pouches...they seem small but are pretty room due to the rectangular bottom. I'm so impressed everytime I use one how much actually fits into them!

Def pockets would give it more...but I'm telling you...I put my wallet, cell, sunglasses (in their case), keys, lip gloss, and coin purse in mine...and there's still usually a little room left. sometimes I even through the ipod in.
I love the size of the pouches. Especially because I'm petite, it's the perfect size and I can carry around all my essentials. There's plenty of room and it's not bulky. I also like having a purse that looks cute when I carry it in my hand.
I think that women of all ages can carry pouches. The design is more important. For instance, the indigo patchwork purse (like mine --- just got it recently...YAY!) is probably suitable more for younger women...but hey, if it suits your personality and you love it, who cares what anyone else thinks? We buy purses to please ourselves first and foremost.

pouches are supposedly made for a make up bag. which is why it's an accessory and doesn't come with a brown bag itself.
i have seen grown women who love small bags walk off with a patchwork pouch or tye dye pouch (and yes, they look good with it)
it's all about confidence when trying to pull something off..and of course, it must be paired correctly

Like a few others said, it depends on the design of the pouch, I'm still a teenager (I'll be 19 soon!), but my taste is all over the place. I would definitley get this bag, I think its adorable, but some of the others, like the Hamptons Patchwork just don't look right as a pouch.
I really like this bag as well, and i have been debating if I can pull it off as well. I am 33 and I have only seen teens with this size bag. Let me know if you get it.
I am a fan of this bag as well. I have noticed a lot of the younger crowd with them and i have come to the conclusion that it is because these bags are probably the least expensive of the coach bags... therefore the younger crowd can afford them. But i don't see ANY problem with any age carrying one.
