Pond color

I want the Pond Legacy Satchel SOOOO BAD! But me and DH agreed no more bags for me, no more truck stuff for him until we get our cc debt down substantially.

I'm picking up my pond shoulder bag today, so I'll let you know, but when I saw it in person, I loved the color. If you look in the most recent catalog, the model is wearing it with an emerald green blouse. I don't like the look, but I think the message is supposed to be, consider it a neutral and wear with anything. I won't be using mine until Mother's Day or my b-day (also May), since my DH is giving it to me as a gift. Doesn't he have great taste? Granted he has no idea what it looks like,, and probably agreed to giving it to me as a gift because it's one less hassle for him come May, but I ask again, doesn't he have great taste!!

I have not seen thepond color in person - but I do see what you mean about the color difference between the real thing and the on-line color. The pond on Coach's website is light and blue and soft and distressed looking. While the pictures people have posted look turquoise, and solid (not distressed, no lighter and darker patches). The pond doesn't look vintage at all to me.

Yes! My pond is NOT vintage looking at all. Totally solid.

I was also a little surprised by the actual color but I love it nonetheless.

The rose was available Tuesday when I called but they only had a few left in stock!
