I think it depends on your boutique and your relationship with the SAs. I've seen posters here say that they get it anywhere from free to a small charge.

The T&co boutique where I live has a sign up on the counter that gives the prices of the sterling polish equipment (cloth, spray, cream) and the cost of it cleaned in store: $15.

All other metals I think they just steam-clean in-store if you ask, no charge for that.

I just broke down and took about 3/4 of my collection in to be cleaned at T&Co! LOL

I normally just do it myself, but this last time I didn't get very good results. I think that my stuff needs a yearly professional cleaning and just touch ups by me in between :)

I just went to a store today and the SA said they charged $10 for a cleaning. Geez. They should at least give you a free polishing cloth.
