I also really like Connosseur's Jewelry cleaner for silver jewelry. It's a liquid that you dip your jewelry in so no scrubbing neccessary. I find it's better than using polish because the liquid gets in all the nooks and crannies that your polishing cloth cannot.
the before and after pictures are incredible. i get mines professionally polished and cleaned pretty often because i can't stand how it has a thick film it has after a handful of wears. it always comes back surprisingly like new. great job on your work and i could tell you put lots of effort in cleaning it. thumbs up 
That's amazing! I polish mine quite frequently thanks to my sister...she had a polishing cloth and just took one of my necklaces (that was sooooo dirty) and just went to town...I was amazed! It looked just like it used to! I love polishing my silver now...makes it look brank new That's a very pretty necklace BTW...is it still in their collection??
