Polene numero sept

Hi guys, anyone has bought a Polene numero sept before and can show me how the strap is for your bag?
I received mine last week and it seems it is made differently from how i saw the youtubers unboxed theirs. Mine will get twisted whichever way I wear it.
I have emailed Polene and they assured that it is how the bag is made, so I took a second look but I still think there is an issue.
Would appreciate if I could use your opinions on this whether it is the same with your bag or I really need to get it returned.
If there is any other way that can explain the issue easier to Polene plz help me out here as well thanks!!!

You just have to undo the strap and turn the side of the strap with holes in it the other way. It's just attached sort of inside out. Right?

I am 5’6 and I would like to wear it crossbody. I wonder how it will look with the height that I have. Will ot be too short? I like that it hand on my mid hips.
