Polene numero sept

Hi guys, anyone has bought a Polene numero sept before and can show me how the strap is for your bag?
I received mine last week and it seems it is made differently from how i saw the youtubers unboxed theirs. Mine will get twisted whichever way I wear it.
I have emailed Polene and they assured that it is how the bag is made, so I took a second look but I still think there is an issue.
Would appreciate if I could use your opinions on this whether it is the same with your bag or I really need to get it returned.
If there is any other way that can explain the issue easier to Polene plz help me out here as well thanks!!!

I seem to remember a big Polene thread but couldn't find it again even though I've searched titles only. Could someone kindly show me the way? They have free international shipping until 20 Dec and I am sorely tempted to break my no bags new resolution....
