I thought about it some more and I found a way to double up the strap for the un mini!!

I had to use a slightly thinner chain from a different bag but it works really well. (Hopefully I can order another chain in a matching color... Right now mine is gunmetal ) Its the chain from my coach Bowery bag. I might just buy another Bowery off Poshmark just for the chain .

I admit I decided not to buy the un mini in the end because of the chain, but having a double chain should increase the comfort.
I am currently on a self imposed bag ban though so I shall just continue to window shop online for now hehe…

I’ve just found Polene and considering either the Huit mini or Un nano
(Not a fan of the chain strap on the mini but size wise the nano only appears to be 1cm small!!??)
would love to know you opinion on both and if you could only have1 which would you pick? Oh and can your phone fit in the rear pocket of the nano??

I only want 1 bag and I see in your comments you prefer the Huit - is this still the case?? Do you have trouble finding your things inside because it’s all in and open bag??

I think between huit mini and un nano I would probably pick the un nano, it looks nicer crossbody and I find myself reaching for it more often as it’s more secure, both are beautiful bags. The huit sticks out a bit more if you wear it crossbody so I find it looks better worn on the shoulder. Also dislike the fact that you can’t disconnect the long strap on the huit mini as I think it would look so cute held in the hand without the long strap. I do prefer the leather on the huit mini though, it is soft and luxurious but feels like it wouldn’t get damaged too easily. The smooth leather on the un nano I have is gorgeous but feels more delicate and personally I don’t love the look of the textured leather that it comes in for the un style. The textured leather is on my dix which I love for that more structured style, but I personally don’t think it suits the soft curves of the un.
My phone can definitely not fit in the back pocket of the un nano, the only thing that could fit in it would be a card or maybe a very very slim cardholder.

Next Polene will be an Un Nano in Chalk after the impressive reviews here - but I'm gonna wait a few months as I do prefer buying bags a tad less frequently to enjoy them properly before adding competition.
