Never seen someone where the Beri on their wrist like this:
The Beri is a great bag. It’s very versatile - way more practical and functional than it seems. I’ve carried mine every day since I bought it 3 months ago.. It can easily hold all your essentials: compact wallet, sunglasses (in a drawstring pouch), eyeglasses (in a soft leather case), phone, key pouch, Bastia, cardholder, work badge holder, medication, comb, mints, lip balm, and other small items. I love that it opens widely to make t easy for you to load/in load your bag, but you don’t have to unclasp the handle to access your items.
Yes, it will make a lovely evening bag. It’s the perfect size and style for a night out. It’s chic, minimalist, and discreet. It can be carried by the handle, in the crook of the arm, or tucked under the arm as a clutch. I carried my Beri (in black) daily for 3+ months. The leather still looks pristine. The full-grain leather is pliable yet maintains its structure. It’s very resistant to water and scratches. The hardware is still as shiny as the day I received it. Even though I handle the clasp often, the hardware hasn’t been prone to scratches. I also have an Un Nano in black textured leather. Although the leather is quite different—even more structured, durable, scratch and water resistant—I am very impressed by the quality of this bag as well. I, like other TPFers, own "luxury" handbags, but I'm really enjoying my Polene handbags and would recommend them without hesitation.
No, you can reach into the bag and remove items by opening the magnetic closure at the top the bag without sliding the metallic clasp open.
My first polene bag was going to be the neuf...until I came across a lilas beri in almost new condition on vinted for a pretty good price back in march. It's currently the only polene I own because it's so great that I didn't feel a need to get another new bag. It's so versatile!

Would love to hear more about wear and tear, I’ve seen pictures of metal feet on other Polene bags being oxidized (I believe that’s the term, they looked chipped/greenish) - how is the metal clasp on Beri holding on?
Also seen some leather peeling on other Polene bags where the leather folds/creases, any feedback like this for Beri?

Just want to share my experience with the beri bag.
Pros - very lightweight, cute shape, can fit long wallet
Cons - prone to color transfer
Warning - polene’s chalk color is more like ecru, with gray undertones.

do you have pictures of color transfer, is it bad? Is it possible to get rid of it somehow?
