Yes - the difference is pretty much the difference between the mono pochette strap with and without the bolt extender.

i really like the navona... i'm thinking of buying my sister one for x-mas, since she typically carries smaller sized purses. i've given her a prada and burberry in the past, so may as well give her an LV too.
