Okay so ame... I'm learning so much from this! Thanks so much for the input everyone!
But I'm just putting this to you (from a learning persepective - maybe I'm missing something!!) - it's 0.2% outside of the ideal range. Is that really going to make a difference? I'm getting advice to go down a colour or clarity GRADE... but 0.2% is bad?
a lower color or clarity is not necessarily going to affect the light return. The slightest change of angle WILL. We're telling you that you can get a pair of H I even J color studs, with SI 1 clarity for 1) less money and 2) that are still ideal cut stones by angles, etc. Just because it's a "lower color" and "lower clarity" does NOT make them inferior stones.
