I just looked at my email again. The link it took me to only shows the XL size, and they're actually called "Blanket" bags.. lol..
The price at $3,670 a bag is even funnier. But like I said, I would consider it if I were in the market for a large Weekend bag. I dunno, I'm laughing but at the same time am very intrigued.

It's just way too loud for me personally. But that seems to be the hook with Bal these days, people scoff and then gradually seem to like the styles. Geography might have something to do with it, cosmopolitan vs. less so. Perhaps if you're very chic and wealthy? I would never spend that kind of money on something that trendy. But I also don't have that kind of disposable income...it'll be interesting to see what happens.

My biggest issue with it is the shape, not the print. Had it been done like a WE, or the large version of the old bowler bags, I think it would be gorgeous. But I'm having a problem getting past the blanket in a plastic bag/suitcase shape of it.

Fair enough, I'm not much of a print person. But yeah, why mimic something so cheap and utilitarian? If it's meant to be ironic, OK. But at that price?
