thank you! It would have been so much easier for me if wg didn’t look so blah near my face...lots of wg pave options. For the same reason wmop isn’t my friend either. I’m fortunate that I have a few pieces that either have both pg and wg together or a similar look (SS Watch with PMOP face) so it’s easier to bring in a mix of metals.

Out of curiosity, do you normally mix the metals then? For instance wearing YG necklaces/earrings and WG stuff on wrist/hands? I have done that sometimes, but as I am just getting used to wearing more jewellery I never know if that looks a little odd on me. Probably overthinking more than anything!

I don’t think you’re overthinking. As Notorious Pink mentioned earlier, her watches are of mixed metals, thus it allows with no effort to mix the rest of jewellery.
I personally can’t bring myself to mix metals as it drives me nuts as if I started watching Rigoletto and in the middle switched to Magic Flute... argh

I currently wear it alone. Thought I wouldn’t mind stacking it but my more fluid bracelets are also quite fragile and in YG....

I looked for photos but could not find! It’s been a while since I wore my WG pieces..

I normally don’t mix metals and been busy working on my YG stack

I rarely wear my WG perlee alone. I stack it with diamond tennis bracelet, VCA sweet turquoise butterfly and Cartier diamant legers bracelets.. I have the vintage 5 motif Alhambra in WG/MOP next on my list to stack with my Perlee..

I’ll post photos if I could find them

well, tbh, having seriously pink hair makes a bit of a difference visually. I tend to dress either very simply, in classic, slim-fitting pieces, or artistically - a lot of color, but conscious of proportion - like a Zimmerman look (I have a few outfits, mostly for evening, that I refer to with my husband as “performance art”). So mixing metals is just not one of those things that people are going to notice.

I love the look of matching, but since my Love bracelet is both rose gold and white gold, I’m always mixing anyway. Good remembering about the watches - one is ss with a pink mop face, the other is YG with a white mop face (Id love a pg one..someday...) But I totally get your point. Lots of times I don’t wear either of my watches if it looks like “too much going on”. I can’t bring myself to take off the Love, but a stack of all rose gold pieces is sooooooooo pretty to me.

Relative to most PFers I am just starting out and have more rings than bracelets... and after lurking here more often I’ve realised stacks can be more cohesive if planned. So far I’ve just been getting whatever tickles my fancy, and throwing them all together but I think for the sake of my wallet and my “virgoness” I should be more calculating in what I buy haha. It’s a real issue when I like every single thing I see... terrible!

I wish! I love the idea of it - I don’t actually have it. My stack is more like this right now but I’m doing some editing soon. (I have other bracelets I wear on my other wrist because I dont want to scratch them)
