actually, the H at NM has two Kelly wallets...I think one is in black and the other white...they just arrived this week so you might want to check it out...

Hey Roo!! I noticed you recommend an SA named ED in Honolulu. Is this at the Waikiki store or Ala Moana. Also, do you have an email for him? I am going to Hawaii in 5 weeks, and I'm hoping to build a relationship with an SA there for current and future purchases. Do you think he would help me? I have two birkins on my wish list along with scarves!!!

Just got off the phone with Jason in Charlotte. What a sweetheart! Alas, he is unable to help me with my bag hunt and he said that corporate H is giving the thumbs down to shipping Kellys and Birkins or sharing any info over the phone. He did recommend working with my local Troy H, which brings me back to where I started.

kenzie1980, your SA is correct. My SA now has to call me in code, like
'it's a good time to come in" but they of course already know what i am looking for and holding it for me. It has all gotten a bit frenzied for the consumer..but GREAT for the house of H! I keep hoping it will go back to how it was 15ys ago when u order something and you get it within the month!
