The Sukey was around for years, the lighter colours were often Summer only whereas the Ebony and Black trim were constant, although for a couple of seasons they also did sig leather trim (Guccissima).

I purchased a Gucci Marmont card holder at Taoyuan Airport Terminal 1 (Taiwan) last week but I can’t seem to find the exact item / style number all over the internet. I already sent an email to Gucci Australia and they said they can’t find the exact model since some international boutiques stock different styles. If you could help me identify this, it would be really great. Thank you!

Hi there! I’ve bought a preloved purse, I just fell in love with it - it’s super special! But I didn’t find a lot information in the internet (bought it online in vintage store from Canada). Paid 420$. The thing is that I found a person on Tradesy who sells this purse for 950$ because she bought it in Neumann Markus for 1590$ and it still has a tag. So I was surprised about a real price and tried to quote my purse on different stores because just being curious. So FASHIONPHILE and Rebag didn’t approve it!! FASHIONPHILE didn’t explain anything and Rebag left a note “resale price below threshold”. Now I’m kinda nervous about my item. Does anybody know anything about this purse? Hi. I'm trying to identify the era/decade of my Gucci bag. The code is 10 digits and runs only in a single line. Does that factoid give any indicator of its age? - the majority of bags I see online have top/bottom rows of numbers. My bag looks like an early 80s bag, maybe.. is there a reference online that might indicate how Gucci stamped bags in the 70s/80s?
The strap was not removable.
You can buy separate straps but only occasionally and these are usually made to fit specific bags.
It's from SS05 (under the Creative Directorship of Alessandra Facchinetti) although Frida G was already head of handbag design at that point. It was a very ornate year.
Better to post a pic on the Gucci vintage information thread. Without a pic of the outside and the tag inside I can't give any info.

Purchased this at the outlets, it was this or the giccissima Boston bag . Usually the tags attached on most of my bags have the name of the piece but this bags tags didn’t have any identifiers. I love how this backpack is so casual. I wonder how long these bags stay at the outlet , thinking about getting a Boston bag or hobo in the upcoming month ... TIA!

Perhaps it was made for the outlets. Does it have a G in a circle on the tag?
