Anyways this is a simple tote, it's 12"x14" and it's my mother's that she gave me. She got it in their Chicago store in the late 80's/early 90's. I'm just kind of curious what exactly it's called. I think she got it for around $200-$300 at the time, which is crazy haha. Anyone who has any thought's thanks in advance!

Gucci Handmade Large Top Handle Bag with woven detail. The tan and the dark brown were more expensive than the other colours on a count of their hand staining and suede interiors

Welcome to tPF.

It's too old to have a name. The 'name' is the Mod Brev that you show in one of the photos.

The skin is wild boar, which Gucci was most famous for at the time, and of course the bamboo too.

If you are a women don't sell it, keep it and enjoy using it. The resale market is not good for these most amazing bags, but the brilliance of the workmanship has no equivalence these days, not anywhere, not any brand.
