I got this jacket the other day, they are altering it now.

What do you wear this jacket with? These pants would probably stop at my feet if I tried them. 😅The SA told me to get a slip dress of a similar color. What do you think? Thanks
This is a timeless jacket. The color is fabulous & fresh as can be.
Works with almost every color in in the rainbow,, classic trouser with a soft pleat,
simple dress, pleated skirt, leather, jeans.

Please share a mod shot when you get it! It's amazing and I would personally wear it with light wash denim or white pants, and a white or cream shirt.
Thank you so much @BreezyE @haute okole @Love Of My Life ❤️

I will post photos when I get it.

@haute okole you have a fabulous figure darling, anything looks great on you! That is a fabulous outfit❤️ Are you in Vegas dear? We are here until Friday. Have so much fun at the concert ❤️

I have this jacket in black and LOVE it. I wore it with the leather H leggings and my daughter hated it because she said it was too equestrian. I now wear it with a black H laced top from 2 seasons ago and Chanel wide leg Camellia denim jeans. Perfection. Thank you for reminding me, I think I will wear this to the Eagles Sphere concert this weekend❤️
I have the H jacket (with leather belt closure in black ) from the season before. I wear it with the same Chanel camellia denim jeans as @haute okole. But my favorite outfits with this jacket are to go creative with a beige tiered pleated sacai skirt; a Dior tulle plumetis skirt; a commes de garçons gray patterned skirt;* or contemporary cargos. Or plain Celine or Chanel jeans.

If I wear it with Hermes, it becomes a bit serious for my personal style, but I have done it. (with Hermes black zip cargos from last year or an Hermes silk mosaic full length wrap skirt with appliqué beading). I wear a muscle tank or concert t shirt to bring it down a notch.

For an orange jacket, I would agree with the suggestion above of white pants; or a white, taupe, olive, charcoal gray or navy slip long dress, skirt, or trousers. Hermes cargos could be an adorable silhouette as could Hermes flat front shorts. Brunello trousers also look great with Hermes tops and jackets. (I think an orange slip is too runway, unless you have model proportions.

If you like to mix pattern, I think leopard might be great (as in ysl
Or Valentino or dolce top and white pants).

*my Hermes skirts tend to be slim, and with a long blazer like this, on me (I’m short, medium build) it looks oddly office circa 1980s. But, that’s a function of how these pieces fit my body and perhaps not hope they may appear on others.

Thank you so much dear❤️, you could be an image consultant or personal stylist to celebrities❤️

I wish I had your beautiful figure, most of that won’t fit me.😬

I got it for Cannes, not for premieres or galas but for other events, maybe the silk slip dress could work? I have an elephant grey one, and another .

Is that jacket orange? I got it thinking it was red😅, I thought it was some type of rouge ecalarte or similar shade, the receipt says Rouge Velours outdoor jacket, but now I realize it seems more orange than red. The receipt sounds wrong, nothing outdoor or velours there.

Hi all! I created this special order thinking it would be a neutral. All my other H bags are black, including a black MK.

I was sort of thinking it would be my “neutral matching everything that isn’t black” bag. In the summer, I go to a lot of parties that are cocktail attire and thought it would always look cute with some white stilettos and fun color dresses.

But now I realize it’s very cool tone and the phw makes it informal. Feeling lost about how to make it look more fancy for evening… should I be trying to find more jewel tone dresses? Pastel? No pattern? I don’t know!! I wish I did GHW.

For reference I am in my 20s and super petite! I like trendy and fun fashion… a bit of a “Barbie core” girl.

I hate feeling “regrets” over my special order :/

I honestly don’t think ghw would make this bag more dressy. The contrast stitch on both colors makes this a bit more casual. IMO, PHW is a clean, youthful, modern look for that sportiness. While ghw is having a moment, it’s still pretty classic. With a two tone bag, GHW is a traditional combo. Ghw does make certain jewel or dark tones richer*. JMO , ymmv.

Re wardrobe, this is a classic neutral two tone bag. It could be cute with patterns like the old standby floral leopard mix from dolce &gabbana. Or a leopard or floral from Valentino which is more white based. Or against any classic neutral ranging from light neutrals (which might fit your cocktail plans) to darker shades like navy, brown, black, all shades of gray. You could also experiment with bright saturated tones, like hot pink, orange, bright saturated blue. It could tone them down and make them a bit more refined.

*I have an etoupe so Kelly elan ghw. It’s pretty sporty. I can dress it up a bit with gold jewelry etc, but I wouldn’t say it’s dressy

It is a very beautiful/stylish/special bag
but it does look look more 'fun' than 'formal'
for my taste,to make it really work,
you need to coordinate the strong colour very carefully
this will integrate it to you 'look' and become give an overall 'wow' - the bag will not draw attention to itself

Hi, all! I have a Rouge H GP 30...and I love it, but I want to start really wearing it as an everyday bag. I've always adored rouge h and actually think it can be a neutral, but I'm *really* looking for suggestions from this group for a twilly to pair with it to brighten it up a bit for spring/summer--I'd love to add a pop of color that complements the bag. Those of you with Rouge H bags, please show your pairings or make suggestions? I'd be so grateful!

Perhaps try asking in this thread too as you may find others with Rouge H bags who can help you with picking out a twilly!

I think phw suits the colour(s) very well.

1. Wear wg / plat with diamonds or bold silver statement jewellery.
2. It's not the colour you will have to match so much as its low-intensity. This bag is not in the clear, bright, jewel-tone family as its overall effect is muted.
3. Don't try to replicate the contrast with stripes or other patterns. Go for low-contrast like heather, texture, flecks and weaves. Chanel tweed would work very well visually. Very low contrast prints may also work.
3. Try wearing with greys, taupes, olives, smoke blues, off-whites, beiges, soft greens, grey-lilacs, greyed-orange, muted shades of brown, soft mustard, dark soft tones of any hue, light soft tones of any hue including light-mid pastels, soft pinks, apricots, stone... etc (YKWIM). Yellow of any shade or tint would work with this bag as would most greens.
Barbie pink won't really work, but soft pastel pink may - the problem is the bag has yellow undertones and Barbie-pink has a strong blueness about it.

I use this color in the summer with almost anything. It’s a true neutral. So, everything from bright white, to denim, sandy etoupe, faded earthy muted tones, muted jewel tones, or black. Ive worn it (actually it’s prunier which is arguably more winter than rouge h ;) with the examples below. Anything goes, but a classic like a white button down shirt or striped Breton top works too. With jeans or khakis or cargos

You can either think of Rouge H as blackened-red or browned-red.

In the Summer I wear my RH (Box) Bolide with orange, pink, beige, off-white, white, stone, khaki, navy, navy/white, pale yellow, silver, pearl grey or red. I would happily wear it with any blue denim light, mid or dark, even white, black, charcoal or grey jeans, in fact RH looks great with any jeans worn with white tee/shirt.
